Charlotte earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from San Francisco State University before working as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLC. While working at Ernst and Young, LLC, she gained extensive experience in auditing and taxation through her extensive work with prestigious companies from Fortune 500 like Apple, Genentech, etc. After joining New York Life, she has leveraged her deep expertise in taxation and financial planning to support customers of all professional backgrounds, especially in high-tech and small businesses. As a linguistically gifted individual who can speak several languages fluently, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Malay, she helped clients from different ethnicities with passions and always stayed above and beyond to provide outstanding financial services to customers in financial planning for retirement and legacy.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys several hobbies. She enjoys reading, cooking, painting, doing Yoga, and helping others to have a better life through volunteering to the community with her two children. Charlotte Tong is a remarkable, dedicated individual who brings passion and love to her personal and professional life.
